The British Columbia Gazette is produced by the Queen’s Printer under the authority of the Queen’s Printer Act. The British Columbia Gazette consists of two parts.

The Gazette Part 1 is normally published weekly.
The Ministry of Citizens' Services and Open Government no longer publishes Corporate Registry Notices of company and extra provincial filings in The British Columbia Gazette. These include: amalgamations, changes of name, intent to dissolve, incorporations, restorations and dissolutions. This information is now available in a fully searchable and printable format online at www.bclaws.ca. Historical data back to January 2003 is included on this site.
Corporate Registry Notices for co-operatives, societies and restoration applications will continue to be published in The British Columbia Gazette.
Contains British Columbia regulations which are required to be published under the Regulations Act. The Gazette Part II is normally published every two weeks.

Notices and advance payment must reach the Queen’s Printer no later than 1:30 pm on the deadline date (see schedule below).
Customers requiring galley proofs prior to printing must submit copy by 1:30 pm on the Friday before publication.
If submitting your notice by email, please do not include your credit card information as this is not secure. Once the form has been submitted, call us with your credit card.
Please ensure to complete the form in full, customer’s mailing address is required as a copy of the Gazette will be mailed. The copy of the issue is your receipt of proof of the publication.
Within the restoration ad template, please ensure to include your incorporation #. This can be found in your original incorporation documents.
Payment methods include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, certified cheque, company cheque (personal cheques are not accepted) or money order made payable to the Minister of Finance. (see list of insertion rates below). Please note that we are unable to process prepaid credit cards.
Where orders contain more than one notice, each will be charged as a separate notice.
Various ministry notices are printed in a format and are priced by the space (page) used, rather than the number of words. Please contact the BC Gazette Office for additional pricing information prior to sending your notice.
