Parents Legal Centre brochure (English)
A brochure to promote the Parents Legal Centre (PLC), a free service located in Campbell River, Duncan, Kamloops, Prince George, Smithers/Hazelton, Surrey, Vancouver, Victoria, and Williams Lake.
The brochure informs parents of their right to get legal advice as soon as a social worker contacts them about a child protection issue. Includes how to contact Legal Aid BC to find out if you qualify for the service, and a list of what the lawyer and advocate at the centre can do to help.
