Sexual Harassment in the Workplace (English)

This brochure, designed for justice sector employees, explains that all people have a right to a safe workplace free from bullying, harassment, and unwanted sexual attention.

It explains possible legal options if you don't feel safe at work, including:

• talking to your union,
• talking to a lawyer,
• filing a complaint with WorkSafeBC,
• applying for workers' compensation,
• filing a human rights complaint,

It also discusses taking time off an what to do if you've lost income.

The brochure includes a list of helpful resources where you can get more help.
